I will never, ever in a million years be as funny as this person.
Allie @ Hyperbole and a Half
Because I base my whole existence on being funny, I would be very depressed at this prospect...
...if I only wasn't laughing so hard. It's impossible to be melancholic when there are tears streaming out of my eyes and I'm snorting because I can't breathe.
Examples of posts you should not miss:

This Is Why I'll Never Be An Adult
Sneaky Hate Spiral
And my personal favourite, the post which inspired me to share my love/envy of this blogger...
Things That Can Make You Feel Like An Idiot Almost Instantly
Currently the blog as 15,534 follwers, and counting. Allie obviously doesn't need anyone's help in promoting her blog. She has no idea who I am. Chances are that many of you are one of the 15,534.
And she's hot in real-life. DAMMIT!
If you aren't one of the 15,534 followers, RUN, do not walk to read her blog. Her animations are worth the trip alone.
If you need me, I'll be standing on the Emerald Isle bridge holding a big rock tied around my waist, struggling to think of reasons to live. And most likely I'll be struggling with the rock as well. Because I have the upper arm strength of a Tyrannosaurus Rex.

My favorite is how a fish almost destroyed my childhood.
I wait in eager anticipation for each one of her new postings.
You are very funny in your own right Kyna. Especially about the Hobbit stuff.
Dear Kyna, Even though I told myself that I should not look at your recommended weblog for fear of being drawn into another galaxy of the Blogosphere, I did........several light years later [ or so it seems] I have reappeared.
In this time I am sure that Allie has added thousands more followers, has acquired repetitive strain injury from answering several hundred comments and the laughter of her readers has reached from America to Asia.
Fun, spirited and with a quirky view of life and all its shortcomings Hyperbole and a half is a jolly read......but that is what we, your readers, have come to expect of you too, dear Kyna!
I can't breathe and there's tears streaming down my face. Can't remember when I've laughed so hard. Thanks
Thank goodness for your weak arms.
'Cause we'd miss you!
Kyna, Edith has said it all, and so eloquently, as usual. Don't underestimate your ability to spread cheer and hilarity. Pam
Christie: Hehe...do you know, I met another girl at B&N that has a LOTR tattoo where I've got mine? I'm not the only Hobbit-lovin' nerd :)
Edith: Well, I wasn't really fishing for compliments, but if a few jump in the boat I'm not gonna throw them back :P
Most of the reviews I'm going to start doing will be newer bloggers, ones I actually converse with. But I couldn't pass up reviewing that one, because I loved it so much.
Marguerite: I'm so glad you liked it as much as me! I had to go get a Kleenex afterwards to wipe up all my eye makeup :D
Al: You're right. I couldn't even get that rock up off the concrete. I was going to start conditioning by doing some push-ups, but since you like my writing so much I'll settle for noodle-arms. :)
Pam: I do underestimate myself sometimes. 'Funny' started as a way to cover up my insecurity as a teenager. But with each day that passes, my balls get a little bigger and I'm not so worried about being myself, and being funny and self-confident at the SAME time ;)
Outstanding blog suggestion! Her post Dog made me laugh until I cried since all of my dogs would qualify. Have you ever checked out Cake Wrecks? Whenever I think I'll die/scream/curl into a fetal position and cry if I grade one more paper, I head to Cake Wrecks. I'm on that blog a lot!
I've lost much of my day reading your recommendation - once in, I couldn't get out. But that's okay, it saved me doing the housework.
Oh man, what a great blog you suggested! It's hilarious and just my kind of humour. Thanks for showing it!
